Darwin City Centre Master Plan Project
August 2015 News:
The Minister for Lands and Planning is seeking comments about the inclusion of the Darwin City Centre Master Plan into the NT Planning Scheme. Inclusion of the Master Plan as a guideline document requires that all development applications must demonstrate a consideration of the Master Plan. This is great news for our city - find out more (reference PA2015/0546) and provide your feedback to the NT Government. Email email@example.com.

The project was funded by the City of Darwin, Northern Territory Government and Australian Government, under its “Liveable Cities Program”.
It will produce a blueprint and set of principles to guide Darwin’s growth over the next 20 years, with a focus on liveability, connections into the CBD, potential areas for new development and guidance for the private sector on how to get the best returns on investment in the CBD.
