Report an Issue with Darwin Click and Fix

Darwin Click and FixCity of Darwin’s new  smartphone app named Click and Fix has been developed to make it easier for the community to report non-emergency issues in the Darwin area. The Click and Fix app uses GPS to identify the location of your issue and allows you to send a photo which helps us identify and fix the issue faster. If you supply your email address you will also receive a notifications when we have fixed the issue. 

 The app can be installed on apple and android smartphones and tablets by clicking on the relevent buttons below.

You can also report an issue using the map below if you dont have access to a smartphone or tablet. To use the map below to report an issue:

  1. Drag the red marker to set the location of the issue, zooming into the map to get a more accurate location
  2. Click on the green "Report an Issue" button, modify the address if necessary and then click "Next"
  3. Choose and issue category and fill in the details of the issue and attach a photo if you have one, then click "Submit"
  4. Login/register for an account or submit the issue as a guest. 

Please note that to receive notifications from Council you must register or supply your email address. When you first report an issue you will receive an email with your report details and your unique report number (in case you need to follow up with Council later). You will also receive an email when we have resolved your issue.


Please note that the Click and Fix platform should only be used to report non-emergency related issues. Issues reported using Click and Fix will be monitored during normal business hours.
