Conference and meeting facilities

Darwin City Council offers a good choice of spacious high quality conference and meetings facilities around Darwin for public hire at very reasonable rates. They include conference rooms, meeting and reception areas, and stage facilities if required. Hiring fees for these facilities cover the costs of staff being required to provide and maintain the equipment. Payment to secure bookings must be received by the Council at least 10 working days before the facility is required. Security deposits may apply.

The Council's Casuarina and Darwin City Libraries also have meeting rooms available for hire by the general public and community groups and agencies. The Casuarina Library meeting room fits 50 people, is available seven days a week and is well equipped with electronic communications gear. For bookings or enquiries, phone 8930 0211.

The City Library's meeting room seats 20 comfortably and is available only during library opening hours. For bookings or enquiries, phone 8930 0237.
