Book a Meeting Room

Need a room for a meeting or event? We have one available for the public to hire.

Casuarina Library has a meeting room available for hire at a reasonable cost. The meeting room is available 7 days a week, 9.00am to 12.00midnight (excluding public holidays).

Both non-profit and private/commercial organisations are welcome to apply to hire the rooms.

For after-hours use of the room, the hirer (18 years or over) is able to collect the keys prior to the library closing on the day it is required, or at the earliest, the day before the booking date.

Please contact us with the dates and times you would like to use the meeting room and we will let you know if the room is available.

Non-profit/Community Rate

$14.00 per hour (min. charge 2 hours)
Full Day (8 hours) $77.00

Commercial Use Rate $31.00 per hour
Full Day (8 hours) $194.00
Rate Inclusions AV equipment, furniture, kitchenette facilities, WiFi
