At City of Darwin, in order to create a great city, and a great Council, we put the needs of customers, residents, visitors, businesses and workers - first.

Council has developed a  Customer First Strategy which continues Council’s focus on customer service for those who wish to engage with us personally, whilst promoting digital engagement opportunities to support customers wishing to transact and interact how they want, where they want.

This Strategy also contains a number of initiatives that will be built upon to ensure responsiveness to the changing needs of our customers.

A key feature of this Strategy is Council’s Customer Service Plan which describes our commitment to customers and outlines the processes and service expectations that support our Plan.
