City of Darwin invites all interested parties who have attended the mandatory inspection on 10 and 11 October 2023 to submit an Expression of interest (EOI) for the tenancy, fit-out, and potential redevelopment of the Karama Childcare Centre site into a dynamic, multi-purpose community facility. It is your responsibility to ensure that the proposed future use is in accordance with City of Darwin zoning and planning requirements. Alternative expressions of interest may also be considered. 

How to submit your EOI

The EOI will be open on Tenderlink from Wednesday 18 October 2023.

Please note: Any EOI submissions received from parties who have not attended the mandatory inspection may not be considered.

Key dates 

Expression of Interest Opening: 18 October 2023.

Expression of Interest Closing: 17 November 2023 at 2:00 pm

The submission portal will open, and link to lodge submission will be available on 18 October 2023. Please make sure to check back on this date.
