City of Darwin's Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee advocates, informs and guides Council on improved access and inclusion for all people of all abilities, living, studying or visiting the Darwin municipality.

DiversAbility Collective
The DiversAbility Collective is a network of organisations from the disability and social services sectors working collaboratively to build a capital city that is inclusive of all people.
Each year this group coordinates the Carnival of Fun celebrating International Day of People with Disability. In 2023 this event will be on Friday 1 December, commencing with the Lord Mayoral and Arts Access Awards and followed by sports, crafts, entertainment, face painting, a petting zoo and a whole Carnival of Fun!
