In order to accommodate the existing and potential development within the plan areas, the existing stormwater drainage systems will require capital works upgrading. Developer contributions will be required to contribute towards the provision of the infrastructure to therefore provide a stormwater drainage system that will cater for expected future stormwater flows within these areas.

The basis for collection of car parking development contributions is a result of development within these areas.
