1. Your plan to ensure the safety and non-impediment of other stakeholders (patrons, staff, traffic, other activities) including a risk assessment.
2. If adjacent to existing food businesses, please provide evidence of consultation.
3. Any power requirements including how many Amps is required per power cord. If a generator is in use, how this WILL NOT impact neighbouring residents.
4. Waste management plan for waste produced by your business while operating on site.
5. Social media pages to be referred to from City of Darwin website.
