City of Darwin’s hours of operation are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. But, did you know that Council Rangers are available for animal management matters outside of Council’s normal operating hours?

Animal matters including dog attacks, dogs at large, cat and dog pick ups can all be reported to Council’s after-hours service for Ranger attendance.

• Dog attacks may be attended 24 hours a day.
• Cat and dog pick ups may be attended until 10pm.
• Dogs at large may be attended until 7pm.
• Barking issues may be reported during business hours.
