Civic Education Program

The Civic Education Program is a free, one-hour interactive session for primary schools that helps students understand the important role local government plays in our community.

Visit Your Local Council Chambers

During your visit, students will:

  • Learn about the roles and responsibilities of local Council
  • Discover the services Council provides to the community
  • Understand how decisions are made at the local level

A Customised Learning Experience

Each session is tailored to suit your students’ age, interests and curriculum needs.
