Darwin's tropical lifestyle lets us spend time outdoors in some of the most beautiful spaces in Australia. City of Darwin is activating our fabulous outdoors with our vibrant street food program and inviting vendors to participate in the 2024-25 Street Food Program.

Street food businesses can apply for a permit at one of our locations around Darwin. Applications open annually in February with the program beginning from 1 April. Applications will also be considered throughout the year on a case-by-case basis.

Street Food Program 2024-2025 Expressions of interest are now open and will close on Thursday 29 February for the Street Food Program beginning 1 April 2024.
