Need a room for a meeting or event? We have one available for the public to hire.

Casuarina Library has a meeting room available for hire at a reasonable cost. The meeting room is available 7 days a week, 9am to 12midnight (excluding public holidays).

Both non-profit and private/commercial organisations are welcome to apply to hire the room.

Community meeting room hire details

Non-profit/Community Rate	$22.00 per hour (min. charge 2 hours) Full Day (8 hours) $105.00
Commercial Use Rate	$45.00 per hour Full Day (8 hours) $240.00
Rate Inclusions	AV equipment, furniture, kitchenette facilities, wifi (wifi is available during library opening hours only)

HDMI connectivity (users to provide own laptop and HDMI cord)
