Darwin’s laneways and small streets traditionally function as service spaces. However, there is an opportunity to reimagine these spaces through the delivery of diverse and creative initiatives.
Activation of these spaces has the potential to increase public amenity, support local businesses and create an attractive and vibrant urban environment for the Darwin community.
This guide has been developed to assist with the implementation of a variety of activities in laneways and small streets. No matter what activity you are considering, this guide will lead you towards information that will assist you in your endeavour.
