Match Point

Located at the Aralia Street Tennis Court, Nightcliff, Caleb Dude’s mural aims to enrich the tennis going experience and elevate aspects of the sport onsite at the popular public court, for local players and pedestrians alike. Match Point! captures the momentum and dynamics of the game with his signature characters, colour selection, pop-culture style and unique vocabulary as text. Match Point! was a project commissioned by City of Darwin’s LAUNCH program.

Meet the Artist

Caleb Dude is a born and bred Darwin artist, specialising in studio paintings and large-scale mural works reflecting an array of local culture and artistic observations, with a distinctive figurative and playful style. He has several murals across the city as part of the Darwin Street Art Festival, along with other artworks commissioned by City of Darwin and through our LAUNCH program supporting young creatives.
