Event Fees and Charges Guide
Every event is different, and the costs involved will vary depending on the venue, duration, infrastructure and operational requirements.
The examples below are provided as a guide only to assist with budgeting and grant application processes.
They are indicative only of costs that may apply to your event - and do not include external costs such as security, first aid, traffic management contractors, waste services, entertainment or insurance.
Small events
Events with fewer than 100 attendees and no complex or comprehensive elements are managed by Customer Service and charged in accordance with the adopted Fees and Charges.
Medium Event Example
Community picnic with over 100 people or local gathering (up to 500 attendees) with additional infrastructure.
