Nightcliff Foreshore Exercise Stations

Nightcliff Foreshore features exercise stations spread along Casuarina Drive between Sunset Park and the Rapid Creek footbridge. The stations are close to toilets, BBQs, water bubblers, shared paths and parking.

Station 1

Where: Between Beachfront Hotel and Rapid Creek Car Park

Equipment: Wall, wavebar and bench

Station 2

Where: Next to Chapman Road Car Park
Equipment: Multi-use exercise station

Station 3

Where: Windsurfer's Corner
Equipment: Rowing, Handbiking, Knee raise

Station 4

Where: Opposite Nightcliff Road, near the Nightcliff pool car park

Equipment: Power pull, leg push, row fit, power push, pull up and bench

Station 5

Where: On Casuarina Drive, between the Jetty and Nightcliff Pool

Equipment: Cycling and Step ups

Station 6

Where: Sunset Park

Equipment: Pull up, bench, push up bars, parallel rails and jump box 450
