The Tenderer is invited to submit a tender for the construction of a new Cell, Stage 6, at Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility.

The Works under Contract (WUC), includes the following

Development, implementation and submission of required Construction Method Statements.

Reasonable steps shall be taken to locate existing services, structures and features on site prior to the commencement of the WUC.

As far as possible, maintain temporary access routes and haul roads during construction.

Install and maintain all temporary fencing required by Law or the specific site requirements as stated by the Principal for the duration of the WUC.Signage may be required and shall be confirmed by the Principal.

Mobilisation and establishment on site of required facilities and equipment to complete the WUC.

Setting out of the WUC.

Clearing and grubbing of the site.

Exposing existing Stage 3 and Stage 5 geosynthetic liners for connection with Stage 6 geosynthetic liners where required and management of leachate seepage that may occur.
