DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS:

The work comprises the supply of all labour, plant and materials necessary for the hot-mixed asphalt and sprayed bitumen works on various roads and other areas within the Municipality of Darwin the 2019/20 financial year, in accordance with the accompanying Conditions of Contract, to the complete satisfaction of the Superintendent. The works are for:

Specific project sites as identified in this document

Periodic supply and placement of asphalt and spray seals as directed by the Superintendent

The work also includes the reinstatement of all existing line marking and Raised Reflective Pavement Markers (RRPM) on pavement damaged and/or removed by the resealing and/or overlaying work and the installation of new Raised Reflective Pavement Markers as per AS 1742.2 on these pavements.
