Meeting Requirements

I am available and committed to attend four meetings a year and events or functions as required.

It is a requirement for members to be able to attend meetings, in order to ensure that quorum is reached necessary for all meetings to proceed.
Meetings are held on Wednesday’s from 5:30 PM at the Civic Centre Council Chamber’s Darrandirra room, or electronically via Teams.

I hereby apply for membership on City of Darwin’s Sister City Advisory Committee for appointment for a 2-year term for 2026 to 2028.
