Asphalt Resurfacing Works - Chambers Crescent Road, Malak

City of Darwin wishes to advise about upcoming road resurfacing works for Chamber Crescent Road. These works aim to increase safety and enhance infrastructure in the area, ensuring smoother traffic flow, reducing wear and tear on vehicles, and improving overall road conditions. 

The works will commence on Wednesday 11 June 2025 and is expected to be completed in a weeks’ time, weather permitting. Please see map indicating the works area.

Traffic control will be in place between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm. Please follow all traffic control signage and directions of traffic controllers.

Traffic controllers will also manage minor impacts to foot/cyclist traffic which will be re-directed and managed with signage and supervision. Property and pedestrian access will be impacted.

Our contractor will use machinery to perform the works, which will result in some noise disturbances throughout the construction period. However, we have made every effort to schedule the works to minimize disturbances.
