The landscaping work includes installing irrigation and grass from the car park entry/exit to the rocky elevated section and installing native plants with temporary irrigation in the rocky elevated section. This aims to improve the visual amenity of McMinn Street.
The works will commence on Friday19 September 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of October 2025.
Some off-street parking and driveways at 41 McMinn Street and 36 McMinn Street will be impacted. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Traffic control measures will be in place throughout the project to ensure public safety. Property and pedestrian access will be maintained where possible.
Machinery will be used during construction, which may result in some noise disturbances. However, we have made every effort to schedule the works in a way that minimises disruption.
Thank you for your patience and consideration while we deliver this project for the community.
