Road Resealing Works – East Point Road, Fannie Bay

City of Darwin wishes to advise you of upcoming road resealing works extending from Ross Smith Memorial Park to the intersection of Colivas Road and East Point Road, Fannie Bay. These works aim to maintain and improve the local road network, ensuring smoother traffic flow and reducing wear and tear on vehicles.

Please see map below, indicating the work area.

The works will commence on Tuesday 12 May 2026 and are expected to be completed by first week of June 2026, weather permitting.

Traffic control measures will be in place with one lane will remaining open throughout the construction period to allow traffic to flow. Please follow all traffic control signage and directions of traffic controllers.

We request that you do not park your vehicle along the road between 7am and 6pm and turn your sprinklers off during this time. Access to properties will be maintained at all times with guidance from a traffic controller.

Our contractor will use machinery to perform the works, which will result in some noise disturbances throughout the construction period. However, we have made every effort to schedule the works to minimize disturbances.
