Secure bicycle parking is available within Dragonfly car park. It is accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week.
It can only be accessed by electronic card. Each user is provided with a bicycle rack to hang their bike. In addition to a bicycle rack, a secure locker and shower access is available at Dragonfly Bicycle Pod.
Fees:
- Bicycle pod access fee: $10/month
- Bicycle pod access card (initial issue): $15
- Bicycle pod access card replacement fee: $30

- How long are permits valid for?

Permits can be purchased month to month (month is fixed 30 days inclusive) via vPermits, once Agreement is approved.

A permit is active from date of purchase for 30 days inclusive and is not required to be a true calendar month. - Will I have a designated reserved Bicycle rack?

No. There will not be a designated reserved bicycle rack. Any unoccupied bicycle rack can be used by a valid permit holder. Please note:
• One bike per permit is permitted.
• Bikes are to be stored on bike racks only.
• For the safety of users, please do not store items on ground/in walkway etc.
• You are welcome to use a bike lock to lock your bike to the rack. - What are the costs for a bicycle pod space?

An individual storage locker is included in the Bicycle Pod Access permit per month.
• Once your permit is approved, you will be issued with a locker key and a Key Distribution Form, which must be signed.
• Upon termination of your Agreement, the Key Distribution form will require your signature to confirm that the key has been returned to City of Darwin.
• If your key is lost, a replacement key will be provided at an additional cost to you. - What happens if I let my Agreement expire?

If your permit is not renewed by the expiration date, that space will be available for purchase by the next applicant on the waitlist. Should you need to re-purchase if no spaces are available, you will be added to the waitlist.
