With the consent of the Council, Decision No. 21\5570, Attachment A to Report Number 17A0064 entitled ‘CBD Activation Fund’ was moved into Open from the Confidential Section.

With the consent of the Council on 19/07/2017, Decision No. 21\5549 to  Report Number 17TS0065 entitled ‘Barneson Boulevard and Tiger Brennan Drive Duplication Project - Final Concept Design and Community Consultation Outcomes’ was moved into Open from the Confidential Section.

As per Policy No. 043, Public Questions received have been tabled electronically in advance of the meeting.

With the consent of the Council, Item C28.4 - Draft 2017/18 Municipal Plan and Budget, Report and Attachment, were moved from the Confidential Section into the Open Section and considered as Item 14.1.
