A special performance for babies 0-18 months and their carers (up to 2 adults)
Presented by Luminous Productions in patnerhsip with Darwin Community Arts and supported by City of Darwin Community Grants.
1 child ticket and up to 2 accompanying adult tickets per order = 3 in total per order. This is an intimate, small capacity show to ensure babies and carers have a great experience. 10 babies and careres maximum. Unaccompanied adults not permitted.
Gunamidirra is a rich, multi-sensory underwater world where our youngest audience and their carers are invited to experience Larrakia Saltwater Country - to feel, play and belong.

Led by Gulumerridjin (Larrakia), Wardaman and Karajarri artist Cyan Sue Lee, this immersive theatre experience invites children, families and community members into a living, breathing Saltwater Country.

Blending dance, physical theatre, puppetry, live music and interactive design, Gunamidirra unfolds as a relaxed and accessible performance. Audiences experience a sensory landscape inspired by Darwin’s coastal ecosystems. Participants are gently guided to co-create the experience – playing ocean drums, shaking handmade instruments and shaping evolving images alongside live music and with the performers.
