The NTCA Solo, Duo and Graceful Championships is a premier individual event on the Northern Territory calisthenics calendar, celebrating the skill, dedication and artistry of athletes across all age groups.

The Solo and Duo items showcase strength, flexibility, and dance ability, performed with precision and poise. These fun-filled, high-energy routines are sure to delight and entertain audiences.

Graceful items incorporate elements of ballet, lyrical, and contemporary dance, combining strength and control with grace and poise. Emotive, engaging, and inspiring, these performances are certain to captivate and charm the audience.

Ticketing information
The Championships take place over two sessions. Tickets can be purchased for the Graceful Session, the Duo and Solo Session, or for the full day of competition. A full-day ticket provides access to all sections.
