See calisthenics at its best! Join us on 24 and 25 September as our local clubs compete for the title of 2022 NT Team Champions. Teams will also compete against visitors from South Australia in the Frangipani Challenge.

Calisthenics is a competitive sport that showcases strength, flexibility, and coordination across six routine – figure march, rod exercise, freearm, aesthetics, club and dance.

Come along to support your local clubs and enjoy two full days of high energy and beautifully choregraphed dance routines.

The Championships take place over three sessions
Sat 24 September 10.30am - Future Stars and Sub Juniors
Sun 25 September 10.30am - Intermediate
Sun 25 September 2pm - Juniors

Tickets can be bought per session or for the full day of competition on the Sunday.
