Swimming is a complex activity, with many variables involved and it takes time to improve. Learning to control a couple of those variables will make you a better swimmer.
This 8-week program will introduce water skills that will enable participants, at all levels of ability, to swim more efficiently.
Participants will learn how to build better techniques and to gain a better understanding of how their bodies function in the water.
Each one hour session will begin with a dry land warm-up, followed by a specific water skill.
Participants will need a set of fins and a kick board.
Cost: $10 per session, includes pool entry
