NAWIC - the National Association of Women in Construction, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the interests of women in the building and construction industry. Our diverse membership includes engineers, architects, tradespeople, builders, developers, subcontractors, and students, representing the broad spectrum of professionals in the field. NAWIC has been an active and independent chapter in the Northern Territory, focusing on the empowerment of women in the local construction industry. One of NAWIC's key events is the NAWIC Awards for Excellence, which enjoys widespread recognition for celebrating the accomplishments and skills of women in the industry.
