Every event is different, and the costs involved will vary depending on the venue, duration, infrastructure and operational requirements. 
 
The examples below are provided as a guide only to assist with budgeting. They are indicative only and do not include external costs such as security, first aid, traffic management contractors, waste services, entertainment or insurance.
