What if I was not driving the vehicle at the time of infringement?
If you were not the driver of the vehicle when it was infringed you can apply for a change of offender on the infringement. You will need to advise council of the driver’s information including their full name, date of birth and address.
You may advise Council of this via letter to GPO Box 84, Darwin, NT, 0801 or via email to darwin@darwin.nt.gov.au.
