High intensity interval training has shown great success in increasing cardiovascular fitness, weight loss and building muscle mass and is a great introduction into fitness.
Each HIIT (high intensity interval training) session will consist of a short warm up, a 30 minute HIIT session and a short cool down, and will focus on a certain part of the body, such as legs, cardio and abs, upper body.
The HIIT portion will consist of 4-5 rounds of exercise combos (60sec per exercise), with short breaks between each exercise and a longer break between rounds.
Suitable for all fitness levels!
BYO mat, towel & water bottle.
