City of Darwin’s LAUNCH program has teamed up with the crew at the stunning Deckchair Cinema for another epic school holiday movie.

Academy Award, Golden Globe and BAFTA Award winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse blends hand drawn comic book textures, cutting edge animation and a dynamic and diverse soundtrack. It introduces audiences to Miles Morales, a Brooklyn teen who becomes the new Spider Man and discovers he's not alone - across the multiverse, other Spider heroes exist, each with unique abilities and styles. An empowering perspective on the classic superhero narrative, it’s a thrilling multiverse adventure filled with humour and heart.

Deckchair Cinema doors open 5.45pm for a 7pm film. Come early and enjoy dinner on the deck as the sun sets over the Arafura Sea.

Tickets are free for ages 12-25. Anyone outside that age bracket is welcome to attend, however will need to purchase a ticket.
