swimABILITY Returns for Term 3 at Casuarina Aquatic and Leisure Centre.

Swimming NT is delighted to welcome participants back for another exciting swimABILITY program in Term 3, with sessions taking place every Thursday from 23 July to 17 September 2026 at the Casuarina Aquatic and Leisure Centre.

Designed specifically for people with disability, swimABILITY provides a safe, inclusive and encouraging environment where participants can develop their swimming and water safety skills while building confidence and enjoying the many benefits of being active in the water. Each session is delivered by experienced instructors who adapt activities to suit individual abilities, ensuring everyone can participate, learn and achieve their personal goals.

Whether you're returning to the program or attending for the first time, swimABILITY offers a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, increase confidence, improve fitness and enjoy a fun and supportive community in and around the pool.
