Public forums commence 5.00 pm.

A public forum is held before each Council meeting to give residents an opportunity to speak about items on the meeting agenda. This allows community members to share their views and provides elected members with additional information before making decisions. The forum supports open, transparent local government and encourages community participation in the decision-making process.

Members of the public attending the Public Forum must adhere to the conditions of entry before entering Council meeting areas, and will be required to sign the visitor log and provide photo identification to the Authorised officer.
