Just like we prepare ourselves for cyclone season and unexpected emergencies, our pets need a plan too!

Taking a little time to get organised can make all the difference and greatly improve the chances of a safe, positive outcome for our companions Animal Education is preparing a session to support senior pet owners in creating their own pet emergency kits and emergency checklist. Participants will receive the materials to build the kit including a storage box/container.

All participants must bring: A copy of their pet's important documentation: Veterinary medical records/prescriptions, vaccination certificate, emergency contact list, desex/microchip certificate. Their pet's blanket or any fabric piece with the owner's odour. Prescribed medicines.

All community members with an NT Seniors Card are invited to attend.
