As the government for Darwin, our advocacy agenda is to

• Deliver our Darwin 2030 vision - Deliver our Darwin 2030 vision and strategic directions for our community and stakeholders
• Influence Darwin’s economy - Positively influence the Darwin economy and create jobs and outcomes for the community
• Increase grant and funding from other sources - Increase funding for infrastructure and services from other levels of government and stakeholders to benefit the community and meet their needs and aspirations
• Influence legislation and policy - Influence Australian and Northern Territory Government legislation policy to improve our city outcomes
• Inform our community - Keep our community informed about our advocacy activities through Council reporting
