Rapid Creek Clean Up!

City of Darwin and Rapid Creek Landcare Group invite you to join us for a community clean up along Rapid Creek this Clean Up Australia Day.

Help make our community and waterways cleaner and greener, and enjoy a free BBQ afterwards.

When: Sunday 1 March 2026
Time: 8:30 – 10:30am (Welcome & Safety Brief at 8:30am, followed by the clean-up and BBQ)
Where: Meet at the Alawa Oval car park, Alawa

What to bring: Hat, reusable water bottle, sunscreen and gloves if you can. Rubbish bags, gloves and some pick up sticks will be provided.

Children welcome with adult supervision, but please leave dogs at home.
