Learn powerful and effective meditations that you can easily integrate into your personal life. We will share with you practical tips, wisdom and techniques so that you can start to transform your life.
Week 1: Breathe
The benefits of deep breathing are endless and in this first session, you will learn 4 effective breathing techniques that will help you to relieve stress and overwhelm, and start to better focus the mind.
Week 2: Mindful
The mind is said to be either our best friend or worst enemy. Unfortunately, the latter seems to be more the case! This week’s session will cover the nature of the mind and two awesome meditations to help you better deal with the mind.
Week 3: Self Realisation
Knowing who you are and having a happy, fulfilling life are deeply connected. Discover amazing wisdom about who you are and meditations that help you to stay connected with this reality.
Week 4: Practice
Practice makes perfect! In our final session together, we will take you on a fully-guided meditation journey. The benefits will speak for themselves!

This course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and consists of guided meditations, yoga wisdom, kirtan, 21 days of emails with tips and hints, and Q & A time.
