There are number of other construction works in the CBD which may impact residents, commuters and businesses in the city. (The projects on this page are not Council led projects.)

Our capital works program includes renewal and redevelopment of new infrastructure.

City of Darwin and the Northern Territory Government have joined in partnership to deliver the $2M Joint Small Projects Program. The project aims to improve the amenity, accessibility and useability of public spaces across 14 locations within the municipality.

City of Darwin - Better Suburbs Projects

New exercise stations, suburban shopping village beautification, lighting upgrades and improved sporting infrastructure are among more than 35 community projects to improve the amenity of Darwin suburbs.
