About the Presenter
Julie Rankin graduated with a Bachelor Applied Science Occupational Therapy from Curtin University (WA) in 1980. Since then Julie has completed post graduate studies in Lymphoedema Management, Driving Rehabilitation, Palliative Care Loss and Grief Counselling, Train the Trainer Certificate IV, and Cross Cultural sensitivity education. Her 44 years experience as an Occupational Therapist across WA and NT ( rural and remote) including Aged Care, Palliative Care, Acute Care at RDH, Community Care, PEPA Manager, and Pediatrics in Rural and remote equipped Julie to be an Advance Personal Plan champion at Territory Palliative Care for 22 years.
