Register of declared conflicts

Section 115 and 292 of the Local Government Act 2019, Elected Members must disclose conflicts of interests in matters that have or are about to arise before Council and the Council’s Chief Executive Officer must maintain a register of disclosures and make it publicly available. In disclosing interests, Elected Members must disclose the personal or financial interest that gives rise to the conflict (the relevant interest).
